Our booking and cancellation policy applies to all bookings or reservations on our website.

Fares & Prices

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s)/invoices are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise. New information.

Your email/voucher/receipt/invoice and pick up point

Please present your email/voucher/receipt/invoice 15-20 minutes before departure to the staff at the pick up point of your tour. The location of the pick up point can be found in the mail we sent individually of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.


The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.


We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher/receipt/invoice and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

Cancellation policy / Refund policy

  • Cancellation more than 72 hours (3 days) in advance: No refund
  • Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours (between 3 days and 1 day): No refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund
  • For no-show or late arrival at the pick up point: No refund
  • Specialtickets or Promotions are non-refundable
  • Additional transfer service charges are non-refundable
